Senior Product Designer (Contract)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: Until mid-March (with potential for extension based on performance and project scope)
We're seeking a remote Senior Product Designer to start immediately, and work closely with our client, a leading law firm that needs assistance with a web app that extracts metadata from legal contracts. The goal is to improve and speed up the workflows of lawyers and their assistants, releasing them from manual reviews of documents, and relying on AI to extract key data at scale.
You will lead the project, managing client relationships and communication, as well as coordinating with developers for handovers.
We're looking for a designer with a focus on UX and ability to craft polished and minimal UI.

Exceptional UX thinking, with a focus on making a product usable from A to Z —able to craft cohesive user flows, ensuring every screen and feature elevates the digital experience.
Proven track record of designing and delivering web applications from scratch.
Collaboration expertise: Comfortable working closely with developers to ensure flawless implementation.
Proficiency in Figma: Skilled at creating and managing design systems, high-fidelity prototypes, and deliverables.
Clear communicator: Able to present and defend ideas effectively to clients and pitch creative concepts with confidence. We have a couple calls with the client per week, lasting 30m to 1hr max.
Reliable remote setup: A strong and stable internet connection to support seamless remote collaboration.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed.

Location: Fully remote.
Working Hours: Few hours overlap with Central Standard Time (CST) is a must.
Contract Type: Contract until mid-March, with possibility to expand based on delivery and scope expansion with the client.
Project Management: No traditional PMs; team members manage their own tasks, communicate directly with clients, and provide weekly updates.
Start Date: ASAP required.
