Senior Visual Designer

We’re hiring a Senior Visual Designer to join us remotely and craft visually striking brand identities and websites.
You’ll work closely with in-house designers, developers, and clients to deliver projects that are both visually impactful and seamlessly functional.
We’re looking for someone with strong conceptual thinking and meticulous attention to detail, who can translate ideas into polished, hands-on designs.

Exceptional conceptual and visual skills, with a focus on art direction—able to craft cohesive and impactful designs across logos, colors, typography, motion, and photography, ensuring every element elevates the digital experience.
Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality visual identities and sites / stores.
Collaboration expertise: Comfortable working closely with developers to ensure seamless design handoffs and flawless implementation.
Proficiency in Figma: Skilled at creating and managing design systems, high-fidelity prototypes, and deliverables.
Clear communicator: Able to present and defend ideas effectively to clients and pitch creative concepts with confidence.
Reliable remote setup: A strong and stable internet connection to support seamless remote collaboration.
Optional
Experience with motion design is a plus (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Figma’s motion tools, or Rive).
Strong branding skills, including creating visual identities and translating concepts into cohesive brand guidelines.
Basic understanding of web development to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure design feasibility.
Work with a team that prioritizes delivering real value.
Streamlined workflows with clear design handoffs to developers.
Flexible hours and minimal meetings.
Location: Fully remote.
Working Hours: Flexible.
Contract Type: Long-term freelance, you self-manage taxes and insurance
Vacation: 25 paid days annually.
Project Management: No traditional PMs; team members manage their own tasks, communicate directly with clients, and provide weekly updates.
Start Date: ASAP preferred.
